Andrew Logan – Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Specialist
Andrew Logan works with project managers and business leaders on stakeholder engagementand communication issues. His clients typically save time in project execution; build stronger, more sustainable relationships with peers and colleagues; manage projects more closely to budget; and align groups of stakeholders more effectively.
Andrew’s work has included communication plans and execution for organisations like AAPT; business development planning and implementation programs for clients such as UBS, Deutsche Bank, Blake Dawson, and Mallesons; and currently includes an ongoing stakeholder engagement and business development advisory role to KPMG.
Andrew was a founding director of specialist communication consultancy Milan Partners, working with banks, professional services firms and IT companies to improve stakeholder engagement and communication, both internally and externally.
